The Superstar Aqua Face- and Bodypaint Palette contains a very user-friendly, high-quality water make-up and meets all strict requirements of the European Cosmetics Legislation (1223/2009/EC). The colours are beautifully bright, the make-up works well and is easy to remove. A thin layer of Superstar make-up is sufficient to create a nice opaque base. The make-up dries quickly and does not rub off. The matte colors are ideal for painting the base and setting lines. Because the glossy colors of make-up are somewhat softer, they are very suitable for painting the base of your creations. Because the shimmer colors are a bit softer, you need little water to activate the make-up.
