The Split cake make-up from PXP Professional Colours is a combination of different colours of water make-up. Split cake make-up is also called rainbow cake or colour blocks. The Split cake make-up from Partyxplosion are different colours of water make-up next to each other in a box. If you work with the Split cake make-up, this is also called the one stroke technique.

Method:
Because different colours can leave a colour cast, we recommend that you always start with a cake make-up as an underlayer. You can apply the split cake make-up with a wide brush or a sponge. If you work with a wide brush, moisten it and move it back and forth in the jar until there is enough make-up on the brush. When the hairs of the make-up brush are completely coloured, you can use it.
If you want to work with a sponge, moisten it by misting water with a spray bottle. Rub the sponge back and forth in the jar and you can use it immediately.
